Tom has 39 years of experience in the industry. Qualified as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager; Educated at Landon School, Duke University, University of Georgia Law/Business School, University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance; Tom served in the US Navy as naval aviator and Supply Officer; He is a native Washingtonian, happily married with six children and eleven grandchildren; Always on the move, Tom is an active leader in community at church and various non-profits, Rotary International service org.

Rebecca O’Bryon is a Vice President and Wealth Management Associate for the Greenbrier Financial Group in Bethesda, MD. She is responsible for overseeing all of the client service and team administrative functions for the group.

Since joining Steward Partners in March of 2016, she has gained experience working in multiple roles, honing her experience, and expanding her education. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as licenses for life, accident, and health insurance and variable annuities.

Rebecca received a B.A. in Communication Studies from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA in 2011. She and her husband live in Kensington, MD with their two cats, Itty Bitty and Seamus. In her spare time she enjoys connecting with family, exploring Virginia’s wine country, camping, and balcony gardening.
